Gentle Yoga workshop with Lydia.


A relaxing and nurturing workshop, using music, props, and mindful slow movement.

You will be given enough time to connect the breath to movement, unwind, relax, let go and be gently guided into each asana. What will make this workshop extra special is the use of props like bolsters, blankets, balls and chairs which will give an opportunity to explore the body in a unique and different way. Time to listen, feel, explore and relax.
