Handstands kurs på 5 x

This beginners course provides you with the tools and step-by-step process to achieving a free-standing handstand. Learning to balance on your hands is a skill many wish to achieve, but few know the specific requirements and training process to reach a confident level of balance. We will work on techniques to progress your mobility, strength, condition, balance and confidence.

Each week we will be practicing drills and techniques in a safe and challenging manner, and students will be provided with a 5-week program to work with in your own time. Course open for all levels of ability (providing your wrists are not injured!)

This course will be taught in english and runs every week at thursdays 19.45.

OBS There will be a two week break with no course on May 10th and May 17th. Last day is May 24th.
