This course brings a meditative focus to the way we move in everyday life. Using games, postures, movement patterns and breath awareness techniques, we learn to bring our attention to the way our movement affects our emotion, and the landscape around us. The mindfulness we can bring to our movement allows us to develop more presence, joy and connection into our lives. A focused but fun course for anybody interested in being more deeply 'in their movement'.
