This unique workshop focuses on the role our spine plays in our daily posture and movement. Our spine contains a long evolutionary history of knowledge and power and is the central axis of our movement. We will learn to define what 'natural movement' means to us, by exploring our current habits and ways of re-patterning the qualities of our bodily-awareness. We will explore a range of softening, strengthening, breathing and mobilizing movements from many traditions that will help us cultivate our understanding and joy of having a healthy and functioning spine.
